Fuad Kalashli (Keleşli in turkish) is an experienced specialist with 17 years of professional experience in the fields of internal audit, risk management, internal control, and corporate governance. He began his professional career in 2008 as an internal auditor at TuranBank OJSC, and later worked for many years at the NBCO “Vision Fund Azercredit” LLC. From 2018 to 2021, he served as the Head of the Internal Audit Service at the Compulsory Insurance Bureau (CIB). During his tenure at the Bureau, he also temporarily served as a member of the Liquidation Commission of "Standard Insurance" company. From 2019 to 2023, he was a member of the Audit Committee at NBCO “Finance for Development” (FinDev) LLC. Since 2022, he has been working as the Head of Group Internal Control and Risk Management at LU-MUN Holding. In addition, Fuad Kalashli is a member of the initiative group for the reestablishment of the Azerbaijan Chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA Azerbaijan) and has been serving as the Vice President of the Chapter since 2018. He is also an independent member of the Working Group on Corruption Risk Assessment under the Anti-Corruption Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan. He holds professional credentials such as CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) and Professional ORM (Operational Risk Manager). He also holds certificates in internationally recognized frameworks, including COSO Internal Control and COSO ERM.
