Tuğçe Aydoğan began her professional career at the Audit Board of Garanti Bank and later joined PwC Turkey’s Risk, Process, and Technology Services Team, where she held various positions for over 12 years — progressing from Senior Consultant to Director. During this time, she provided advisory services to a wide range of local and global companies across various industries.

With over 15 years of experience in corporate governance, risk management, internal control, and internal audit, Tuğçe Aydoğan has also contributed to numerous projects in collaboration with public institutions, international organizations, and NGOs.

Since 2024, she has been leading the establishment of the Risk Advisory practice at BDO Turkey, where she currently serves as the Head of Risk Advisory Services. Her areas of expertise include designing corporate governance frameworks, analyzing and redesigning business processes, developing internal control and enterprise risk management systems, establishing and enhancing internal audit functions, as well as delivering compliance, fraud risk management, and business continuity advisory services. Through her work, she helps organizations strengthen their three lines of defense model.
