Öykü Kalkavan is a Partner in the IT Audit and Assurance Services within the Audit & Assurance practice at Deloitte Turkey. She began her professional career at Deloitte Turkey in 2010 and has over 15 years of experience providing IT audit, IT risk management, and compliance advisory services to local and international clients across various industries, primarily in financial services, as well as telecommunications, energy, automotive, and technology.

She has led Information Systems Audit and Compliance projects based on global IT standards and regulatory frameworks including those of the BRSA (Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency), CBRT (Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey), CMB (Capital Markets Board), POA (Public Oversight Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority), and PCAOB (Public Company Accounting Oversight Board). Öykü holds a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems and a master’s degree in Cyber Law from Istanbul Bilgi University. She is also certified as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), ISO27001 Lead Auditor, ITIL-certified, and ISO42001 Artificial Intelligence Management System Lead Auditor.
