She completed his undergraduate studies in Management Information Systems at Boğaziçi University in 2005. She completed her master's degree in Management Information Systems Analysis and Design at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
She began his career at PwC Turkey in 2006. She carried out various process audit and consulting projects in the banking and insurance sectors. From 2012 to 2013, she served on the PwC UK team, where she was a Senior Consultant and a member of the consulting project, assisting in the operational risk assessment of a large investment bank in London. From 2013 to 2014, she was a Director at PwC Turkey, responsible for business development, project management, and client relations in banking.
From 2014 to 2019, she continued his career as Head of Risk Management at Groupama Sigorta & Groupama Hayat A.Ş., where she co-led the corporate strategy plan and developed significant strategic projects to drive growth.
Between 2020 and 2021, she began working as a Senior Manager at SAS, where she was responsible for the development, review, and qualification of risk, fraud, and data governance solutions.
In 2022, she worked as a Senior Project Manager at PwC, overseeing the implementation of the GDPR tool, the risk and control reporting tool, and the cyber threat management tool.
Between 2022 and 2023, she served as the Senior Business Risk and Control Manager at Visa, acting as the first point of contact for all risk and control environment issues and ensuring the continuous scanning, assessment, and improvement of processes.
Between 2024 and 2025,she worked as Director of Technology, Risk, and Compliance Services at GT Innovation Technology Software and Management Inc., providing consulting services on internal control, compliance, risk management, and fraud for more than 20 financial technology and payment systems companies.
In August 2025, she began working as a Senior Customer Success and Business Development Manager at Sade Software and Consulting.
She holds CISA and PMP certifications.
