Havva Koroglu, a graduate of Istanbul Technical University with a degree in Geological Engineering, began her career in sales and international trade. Leveraging her experience across various industries, she held executive roles in international companies at a young age. She has led and managed roles delivering technical and infrastructure solutions to EPC companies in solar energy projects.

Since joining Smart Holding in 2018, Koroğlu has been serving as Head of Internal Audit, leading the group’s internal audit, transparency, and corporate governance processes. She is also well known for her active efforts in promoting women’s employment, sustainable development, and inclusive leadership, and is a member of several professional and social organizations.
