Graduated from Eastern Mediterranean University with a degree in Industrial Engineering in 2001 and completed his Master’s in Information Technology at Istanbul Technical University in 2003.

He started his career as a Research Assistant at Istanbul Kültür University. He then worked as an IT Auditor at HSBC Bank (2004–2007), followed by roles as Group IT Audit Manager at Turkcell (2007–2015) and Director of Internal Audit and Corporate Risk Management at Yıldız Holding (2015–2018).

In 2019, he joined TEB Internal Audit as Deputy Head and has been serving as Head of Internal Audit since 2024. He brings extensive experience in audit, risk management, and IT, focusing on building strong control systems and sustainable audit practices.
