Born in Rize in 1963.

He graduated from Vefa High School. He completed the Departments of Business Administration and Foreign Trade at Anadolu University. He obtained a Master’s degree in Economics and Finance at Istanbul Gelişim University.

Since 1987, he has been carrying out his professional activities in the Fatih district. Starting from 2004, he served as a trainer at TESMER Istanbul Branch, and since 2012, as a trainer at TÜRMOB. He has authored books on Tax (Procedural) Audits in Enterprises and Accounting Practices as well as Financial Statements and Analysis. He served as a member of the ISMMMO Professional Developments Monitoring Committee (2015–2016), a member of the Board of Directors of TESMER Istanbul Branch, Chairman of the ISMMMO Publication Committee, and Member of the ISMMMO Board of Directors (2019–2022). Since 2022, he has been serving as the Secretary of ISMMMO.
