He was born in Istanbul in 1960. He graduated from Kabataş Trade High School. He completed his undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Anadolu University. He completed his master's degree in Human Resources at the Department of Business Administration, Institute of Social Sciences, Maltepe University. He completed his doctoral education in Accounting Audit at the Institute of Social Sciences, Okan University, and is currently in the qualification phase. He has a master's thesis titled “Precursors and Consequences of Trust in Organizations.”

He continues his professional activities in the Beyoğlu district. In the past, he served as Editorial director of the Financial Solutions( Mali Çözüm) Magazine, Vice President of the TESMER Istanbul Branch Board of Directors between 2004 and 2010, Treasurer of the Istanbul Chamber of Certified Public Accountants (İSMMMO) between 2010 and 2013, and Secretary of the İSMMMO between 2013 and 2016. He is an instructor at the TESMER Istanbul Branch. He has published numerous professional papers, professional project studies, and articles. He served as Vice President of the ISMMMO Board of Directors from 2016 to 2019 and as Secretary of the ISMMMO from 2019 to 2022. Since 2022, he has been serving as President of the ISMMMO.

He is married and has two children.
